Due to limited inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed. If available, we may offer an exchange.

3.Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns only if:

• The item arrives damaged,

• You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

• Return Approval

  If approved:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition received

  • Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
